Privacy notice

What is collected. When you use the contact form, the information you provide: your name, email address, country of residence and message. When you book a call, the booking details are collected by the scheduling service, Calendly, under its own privacy policy. This website uses cookies for basic functioning and visitor statistics; you can manage optional cookies through the cookie banner.

How it is used. Only to respond to your enquiry, schedule calls and, if you engage my services, to carry out the engagement.

Sharing. Your information is not sold or shared for marketing. It is processed through the service providers that run this website, email and scheduling (Squarespace, Google Workspace and Calendly), whose servers may be located outside India. The contact form also uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam, which is subject to Google's own privacy policy. It may also be disclosed where required by law.

Retention. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for follow-up and record-keeping, and are then deleted. Client records are kept for the periods required by law and professional standards.

Your choices. You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you by writing to contact@parvathir.in.
